Audit and notifications
Activity log
Location: Registro attività. Visibility and operations depend on the operator's role.
The log shows time, operation, actor and resource for tracked actions. Use it to verify role, company, policy, payment and configuration changes within your authorized scope.
The activity log is not a conversation transcript and does not replace accounting entries. Use billing views for consumption and balances. Content access remains subject to ownership checks.
Notification recipients
Recipients depend on the event and authorized hierarchy. Company administrators see relevant scoped events; Netter administrators receive important platform-wide events. Billing operators receive applicable financial events; experts receive personal and assigned-engagement events.
Membership, role or reseller changes revoke visibility no longer authorized. Direct personal events can remain available to their recipient.
Configure channels
Configure SMTP and ntfy availability in Sistema e sicurezza. Service emails remain active; ntfy is an additional personal choice. Globally disabling push stops applicable deliveries without erasing personal preferences.
Device credentials come from each user's portal. Do not give phones administrative ntfy credentials.
Investigate missing delivery
Check event, authorized recipient, queue state and channel availability. SMTP may accept a message before external transport delivers it. Retries can duplicate notifications after a crash; check event identifiers before treating them as duplicate financial operations.
Completed notifications are retained for 90 days; pending deliveries are not automatically treated as delivered and removed. The portal shows the latest 100 authorized notifications.
Low upstream balance alerts require checking the provider account, separate from customer credit. See the Settings catalog.
