Company details

Location: Dati aziendali, under Workspace. The page is available to company and reseller administrators in the current workspace.

Register a company

Enter the legal name, country, tax identifier, registered address and required billing details. Identify the contact and their authority to represent the company. Confirm that the data is correct and that you are authorized to act for this service, then read and accept the required contractual documents.

The company declaration is separate from acceptance of the terms and acknowledgement of the privacy notice. A valid tax-number checksum can still require checks against official sources.

Customers see the outcome and requested clarifications. Internal evidence references are available only to Netter administrators.

Correct details

1. Open Dati aziendali.
2. Select the action to submit or update details.
3. Correct the fields and confirm the declaration again.
4. Submit and check that the review is pending.

Every resubmission reopens review, including after a positive outcome. If another session has already changed the data, reload before submitting again.

When a Stripe payment profile already exists, some tax-detail changes require Netter's intervention to keep the payment profile aligned.

Verification, access and credit

Company verification records evidence checks. It is separate from Attiva/Sospesa service status and payment verification: a pending review does not automatically block keys, top-ups or credit. The initial balance is zero, and credit always requires confirmed payment.
