Roles and workspaces
A workspace is the company in which you are operating. Your personal account can access multiple workspaces with different roles. Select the right one before creating keys, reviewing usage or editing company data.
Customer roles
| Role | Responsibility |
|---|---|
Member (member) | Personal chat, keys and content; use of allocated credit |
Group manager (group_manager) | Authorized management of their group and subordinate resources |
Company administrator (tenant_admin) | People, groups, allocations, policies and company settings |
Reseller administrator (reseller_admin) | Own scope and linked companies within delegated permissions |
Higher-level policies continue to limit effective permissions. Company monitoring requires a direct administrative role in the company; reseller delegation does not grant it automatically.
Netter roles
| Role | Main responsibilities |
|---|---|
Netter administrator (netter_admin) | Global configuration, providers, companies, Netter roles and company verification |
Billing operator (netter_billing_operator) | Payment checks, financial documents and authorized reconciliation |
Expert (expert) | Availability and assigned consulting work |
Netter roles are separate from company membership roles. Administering your company does not make you an administrator of the entire platform.
Switching workspaces
The available credit, allocations, model catalog and company data change with the selected workspace. Keys remain bound to their original authorized scope. Personal notification preferences remain attached to the user, while the notification center may combine multiple authorized scopes.
If a workspace is suspended or no longer accessible, choose another available company or contact Netter. Switching workspaces does not transfer credit between companies.
Navigation and authorization
Menus help you find available functions. The server still authorizes every operation: opening an administration page directly cannot grant privileges.
Read Teams and allocations for invitations and Companies and Netter roles for service status.
