Notifications and mobile
Location: Notifiche.
The bell and notification center combine events in scopes you are authorized to see. Service emails remain active. Optional ntfy push notifications start disabled for each user.
Connect your phone
- Open Notifiche and enable push if available.
- Install ntfy using the portal's app links.
- Add
https://ntfy.llm.netter.iowith the displayed device username and password. - Subscribe to the indicated personal topic.
- Allow notifications on the device and send a test from the portal.
The device password is separate from your Netter password, Google identity and administrative credentials. It appears during activation and can be regenerated. An authorized device can read only its own topic.
What is sent
Push contains an operational title without prompts, source code, attachments, amounts or company names. Open the authenticated portal for details. On iOS, ntfy.sh supplies the app wake-up signal; message content is retrieved from Netter's server.
Events may concern credit, receipts, invoices, teams, policies, keys, consulting work and other important operations according to your role. Emails are not sent for every token or inference request.
Preferences and disabling
Preferences belong to your account and persist across workspace changes. Mark notifications read or dismiss the optional ntfy setup invitation.
Disabling push stops new deliveries and revokes ntfy access. If revocation remains pending during an outage, the portal reports it while the system retries.
Missing notifications
Check device permissions, server, credentials and personal topic, then use the test. Affidata al servizio means SMTP or ntfy accepted the message, not that it was read or finally delivered. Deliveries can be retried and occasionally duplicated. A sent email cannot be recalled after a role change.
