Payments and invoices

Location: Verifica pagamenti. Roles: Netter administrator or billing operator.

Confirm a bank transfer

  1. Compare the request's reference, net credit and Totale atteso.
  2. Check the Tot bank account for actual receipt.
  3. Select Verifica on the correct request.
  4. Enter Riferimento univoco del movimento, Data dell’incasso and Importo effettivamente ricevuto (€).
  5. Select Conferma incasso verificato.
  6. Check available credit and the new invoice entry.

The received amount is the total collected, including the request's calculated tax. Net credit follows the reconciled request. Transactions and unique-reference checks prevent duplicate credits.

A customer receipt is not proof of collection. The platform does not automatically read the Tot account. Mismatching amounts remain under review until clarified.

Stripe payments

Do not manually confirm a Stripe top-up. Credit requires a valid signed event and a session reread from Stripe's API. Amount, currency and session correspondence are verified before crediting.

The public webhook is POST https://admin.llm.netter.io/api/v1/stripe/webhook. Browser return alone is not proof of payment.

Configure the Stripe API key, webhook secret and required product tax code under Sistema e sicurezza → Fatturazione. The webhook secret belongs to its specific Stripe endpoint. Do not mix sandbox and live credentials.

Before activation, check business location and applicable tax registrations in Stripe Tax. When Stripe is configured, tax calculation is required for bank transfers too. Netter remains the seller and retains tax responsibility; Checkout must not activate Stripe Managed Payments.

A Stripe payment In verifica requires investigation in the Stripe Dashboard. The session identifier is shown when available. Do not resolve amount or registration issues by manually crediting a Stripe request.

Invoices to issue

Payment confirmation creates a Da emettere entry. Issue the fiscal invoice through Netter's accounting tools. In the authorized invoice view, choose Registra emissione, enter number and date, and attach the PDF/XML service copy where supported.

The portal stores references and a service copy. It does not replace official invoicing and fiscal preservation systems.

Reversals, refunds and disputes

A credit reversal is a tracked compensating entry requiring available, unreserved credit in the main account. If funds are allocated, first recover unused allocations through authorized transfers.

A Stripe refund happens on the payment rail; reversing prepaid credit is a separate portal/API operation. Refund and dispute notifications do not automatically change wallets. For already consumed funds or cases outside the available operation, follow the agreed accounting process.

For uncertain AI usage, read Usage reconciliation, which is separate from payment verification.
