Teams, groups and allocations
Location: Team e quote. Available changes depend on your workspace role.
Invite a person
- Select Invita una persona.
- Enter their email and an allowed role.
- Create the invitation and share its link through your company process.
- Check membership under Persone after acceptance.
An invitation grants access to the specified workspace. It does not automatically assign a global Netter administration role.
Create a group
Choose Nuovo gruppo, assign a name and add people from the list. Groups support reserved credit and policies within a team. Group managers remain subject to company and higher-level constraints.
Distribute credit
The page shows the company account and sub-account allocations. Use allocation and transfer functions to specify source, destination and amount.
Example: allocating €30 from a main account with €100 available leaves €70 unallocated and €30 in the group. It does not create another €30.
A transfer requires available credit in the source. Credit committed to a request is not immediately transferable. For a member, check the actual wallet assigned to them rather than only the company's overall balance.
Scheduled allocations
Schedules distribute existing credit periodically from the parent account to the specified recipients. Set the period, source and recipients shown in the page. This is not a bank top-up or an automatic payment.
Unused credit is carried forward. Review balances and execution outcomes before changing a distribution. Accounting records preserve a trace of operations.
Changes and removals
Where available, change roles or remove membership through team management. The server prevents changes that leave the company without its required administrator. Revocation and role changes affect access to scoped data and notifications.
